A Blueberry Smoothie Makes For A Healthy Breakfast !

Blueberry Smoothie

Cup each of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and dark red cherries
One large orange, peeled
1 spoon of grenadine ( adds pleasant flavor )
1 quart of vanilla, strawberry or peach ice cream

one quart of plain yogurt, if you like

Mix it all up in the whisker and you are done. If you have lidded plastic cups and straws, you can pour each serving and hand them out as theyare walking out the door.

adaptations on this recipe include replacing two cups of orange, peach or strawberry-banana juice for the ice cream or yogurt.
