Goji berry: Fresh Fruit and Processed Drinking Product

Goji Berries and orange fruits both are rich in Vitamin C which serves as protection from common ailments and plays an imperative role in collagen metabolism. Thus, Goji berry and orange fruit are both rich in Vitamin C but the big difference between them is that the latter has more antioxidants compared to the antioxidants contained in orange fruits. It is also known as the most nutritious food ever to be found. However, orange fruits also have something in store that Goji berry has not. It is known that the primary characteristic of orange fruits is its color. This color is caused by the pigment found in the fruit which is called as the beta carotene. Beta carotene is also the forerunner of Vitamin A.
