Stem Cell Enhancers Can Enhance Your Health!

Stem cell enhancers are one of the most recent breakthroughs in natural health care.

What is it and how can it help you maintain great health?

First let’s talk about stem cells. Stem cells can be thought of as “master” cells.

You’ve probably heard in the news about the controversy of embryonic stem cells. Indeed, stem cells are found in human embryos, but they are also found in adult tissue. Adult stem cells are most abundantly found in bone marrow.

What they do is to circulate and function to replace dysfunctional cells, thus fulfilling the natural process of maintaining optimal health.

In other words, a stem cell is a cell that has the ability to duplicate itself endlessly and to become cells of virtually any organ and tissue of the body. For more please visit stem cell

Embryonic stem cells are cells extracted from the very early embryo, which has an exceptional ability to duplicate in a test tube, and to become cells of almost any tissue. Adult stem cells are cells found in an organism after birth. Until very recently, it was believed that adult stem cells could only become blood cells, bone and connective tissue. But recent developments over the past 5 years have revealed that adult stem cells have capabilities similar to embryonic stem cells.

So while there is controversy about the use of embryonic stem cells, recent advances in stem cell research were listed as one of the most significant health-related stories in the past 25 years by CNN, second only to the complete mapping of the human genome.

I’ve studied this topic for some time. I’m always looking for ways to maintain or improve my health, and I have a great interest in helping other people to do the same for themselves.

Thus I’m interested in what science and modern medicine have to offer us.

The benefits of stem cell enhancers are considerable.

Basically, stem cell enhancers support the release of adult stem cells from bone marrow into circulation. They also support stem cell functions in the body.

Consider that as you age, the number and quality of stem cells that circulate in your body gradually decrease, leaving your body more susceptible to injury and other age-related health challenges. Just as antioxidants are important to protect your cells from “free radical” damage, stem cell enhancers are equally important to support your stem cells in maintaining proper organ and tissue functioning in your body. So, a new theory, known as the Stem Cell Theory of Renewal proposes that stem cells are naturally released by the bone marrow and travel via the bloodstream toward tissues to promote the body’s natural process of renewal. When an organ is subjected to a process that requires renewal, such as the natural aging process, this organ releases compounds that trigger the release of stem cells from the bone marrow.

The organ also releases compounds that attract stem cells to this organ. The released stem cells then follow the concentration gradient of these compounds and leave the blood circulation to migrate to the organ where they proliferate and differentiate into cells of this organ, supporting the natural process of renewal.

If for some reason the stem cells released from the bone marrow do not reach a tissue, they simply home back to the bone marrow after some time. So there are no side effects.

Recent studies suggest that the number of circulating stem cells is a key factor; the higher the number of circulating stem cells the greater the ability of the body to heal itself.

I’m pretty well sold on the fact that stem cell enhancers, using stem cells from adult bone marrow, are the newest and perhaps brightest promise we have for helping us keep or regain optimum health. For more please visit stem cell research

Weight Loss Tips From The Experts

I’ve been battling with my weight ever sinceI stepped in my teens. I never thought it would be possible to lose more than 3 pounds in a month’s time, considering that I was an endomorph. I decided to go against the odds and stuck with a more disciplined routine. There are actually hundreds of ways to stay fit and healthy without needing to starve. It was a defining moment for me to know the when, what and how of dieting right.

Starting Wrong

Most people do it wrong, including myself before. I thought that embarking on a diet was like going on a special quest so I had to eat and drink and stay merry before the big first day. I practically stuffed myself with the fattiest and oiliest foods I could think of, believing that my tastebuds would not miss the flavors during the next several weeks. I set my collectible mantel clocks so that I’d wake up at 5:00 in the morning for my cardio.

My motives were good. However, I was not fine-tuning my body to really get ready for physical activity. Partying and eating so much a few days before only caused my body to crash and fall into starvation mode as soon as I skipped my primarymeal. My body was screaming at me to eat. I was shaking the whole day. Hitting the gym in the afternoon was worse, I had zero strength and had to stop in the middle of the set.

The Best Set Up

I consulted my best friend who asked for my Unique wall clocks in exchange for sound advice. He worked as a personal trainer in a popular gym near my house. From the moment I shared my initial plans, he immediately ordered me to stop everything I was doing and start planning right. Eating smaller frequentmeals per day was much better than one or two huge ones. Planning to exercise too much after being totally sedentary for years was also the best way to drive my body into overtraining, thereby sapping all remaining strength and preventing recovery.

He gave me an idealschedule which he described as realistic and practical. It was a routine that I could stick to regardless of how busy my work may be in some days. The foods included in the diet plan were also very convenient and easy to prepare so there was no way for me to skip meals. I was getting adequate protein and carbohydrates throughout the day. Workouts were much more intenseas the weeks wore on. During the first 2 weeks, I lost a total of 10 pounds, which I believe were mostly water.

Losing More Weight

I set my Nautical table clocks at home and the office so as not to forget any part of my routine. I’d also change things up every now and then to keep everything interesting and prevent boredom. Substituting activities and bringing new friends can make physical activity more fun and exciting. I also read morebooks on nutrition so my meals stayed tasty without compromising nutritional value. It’s been 4 months since I started on the routine and I’ve gone down from 220 to 182. Pretty amazing huh?

Smoking: Never Again

I confesshaving been addicted to smoking for at least 2 years. A lot of my friends actually tell me that it is very easy to stop. The problem was, they weren’t even smokers themselves. I’d like to share a few things on how I successfully got over the habit. I will never tell that it is easy, but only that it works. It does take a lot of devotionand discipline if you want to completely eliminate the problem. Here are the ways which led to me being smoke-free.

Why You Like the Habit

Smoking becomes an addiction through the elements that products contain as well as the repetitive actions that gets you hooked to the habit. I researched a bit and discovered that nicotine particles enter the lungs via inhalation each timeI puff a cigarette. It then travels into my bloodstream to the brain where it attaches to unique receptors. Dopamine is let go into my brain, giving me a very “high” feeling. As the habit gets worse, I start to become dependent on the pleasure, leading to addiction.

I also notice that I keep on looking for the feeling of having a cigarette stick in my hand, looking up to release the smoke then flicking the ash over a tray or the ground. I also liked the idea of taking my zippo out and just flipping the cover over and back simultaneously. The routine of lighting up a cigarette becomes a need over time.

Finding Alternatives

As a chain smoker before, I realized that it was not really just the cigarettes that I was addicted to. I just loved the sensationof having something in my mouth. I decided to look for good alternatives which gave me the same sensation such as popping a candy in my mouth whenever I felt like smoking and talking to friends. I kept all my cigar accessories in a wooden box where I couldn’t see them much.

I also looked for alternative places where I wouldn’t be tempted to smoke. I stayed away from bars and clubs and hung out in non-smoking and enclosed areas. I even looked for new people who would help me get away from the habit earlier. I found it very helpful to talk and discuss with other smokers who already quit. These individuals can be very motivational and encouraging if you feel depressed after quitting the habit.

Getting More Help

You can join counseling sessions and supportgroups who are more than willing to help you quit the bad habit entirely. Going to a doctor or nurse will also get you the necessary medical tools which will let you stop smoking for life. Some of the medicines that will let you hideyour cigarette case forever include getting a nicotine inhaler, nicotine patch or nicotine gum. Antidepressants may also be recommended to help you get over withdrawal symptoms.

Start eating healthy and improve your daily routine by adding adequate rest and exercise periods. I discovered that hitting the gym 3 times a week and running in the morning gave me a new kind of pleasureby staying fit. I no longer find the need to ruin my health and stamina by going back to smoking.

Health and Fitness According to Ability

Have you ever wondered why people who join a gym for the first time get out there and act like Tarzan when they have been living like an amoeba for years? Really it’s the dumbest thing people could do – hop right into a punishing routine without preparing the body to get ready for the changes it will be going through.

If you don’t take your time to work up to a decent workout slowly and thoughtfully you’re going to have no end of trouble physically – torn muscles, sprains, strains, breathing problems – well you get the idea. Why be in a hurry when you need to take your time to get fit and stay that way?

Fancy a change of scenery? Then get yourself over to Fes Riads for a holiday of a lifetime.
